Whole Fitness

Whole fitness to me is about finding your best body. Finding what make your feel good. I think most people define fitness too narrowly. They say that love can move mountains. Well, if you discover an activity that you love, it can convince you to get our body moving, even if you’ve never enjoyed exercise in the past. Some people have not found their fitness passion or something that inspires them. Of course, if finding the perfect exercise match were easy, everybody would be roundly physically active. Typically, to find what your really enjoy it requires both self-reflection and experimenting with different ways to be fit. All of us come in different shapes and innate personalities. Were not all going to like the same fitness purists, right?

Becoming whole with your own fitness is really finding yourself in what you connect with. I cringe at running, when other may get a thrill out of it. I love to dance, when it not be someone else’s thing. I also love me some yoga, and weightlifting. Let’s be honest here, fitness is not easy at times. It takes energy, planning persistence, ect. Taking the time to really find out what makes you HAPPY is what whole fitness is about.
